On November 20, 2019, Professor Liao Wen-Chi, from Design & Environment of Real Estate Master’s Program, NUS, came to Renmin Business School and presented a dual-degree program information seesion.

RMBS MBA & NUS MSc Real Estate Double Degree Program is a 2-year full-time program open to MBA students and alumni. Students will spend 1 year at RMBS, and another year at NUS.

Professor Liao introduced real estate is the creation of wealth and a profession with good prospect. Meanwhile Asian countries commonly take Singapore as the role model for urban development and real-estate wealth creation.

The Department of Real Estate (NUS DRE) boasts the largest real estate department across universities. Professor Liao also introduced the program structure and requirements, academic details, admission criteria and so on.

Mr. Cao Meng, who graduated from RMBS MBA+ NUS MRE Double Degree Program (DDP) introduced his life, study and improvement during his DDP study. The most important thing, according to him, was the friendship and experience of learning together with excellent students from the global real estate industry. Singaporean culture is similar to that of Chinese , which can deepen Chinese students' understanding of the industry.
