Starting from 2012, RMBS and Yale School of Management have offered a concurrent master’s degree program (RMBS MBA degree + Yale MAM degree). The MAM program at Yale School of Management only opens to MBA students from GNAM (Global Network for Advanced Management) member schools. Candidates of the concurrent degree program spend the first year studying at RMBS as a MBA student, and the second year at Yale School of Management as a MAM student.

The goal of the program is to enhance MBA students’ management capabilities under complex international business contexts and cultivate them as future global business leaders. The MAM program highlights innovative curriculum by providing individualized courses and dialogue/sharing-focused teachings.

Candidates can choose from a wide range of majors supported by top faculty members at Yale School of Management, including finance, accounting, marketing, and international management.
