MBM PAP Program
In 2019, to build a closer linkage between MBA education and the real business world, RMBS has officially introduced the MBA Practical Ability Program (PAP). This was made possible by relying on RMBS’s abundant alumni resources and its well-maintained relationships with enterprises. Prior to 2019, instead of PAP, RMBS had the MBA Business Mentor Project (MBM), which was upgraded to PAP.
A PAP project usually lasts for one year and is for both first and second year MBA students. In the PAP project, MBA students stay in close touch with their business mentors via a variety of means suitable to them. By doing so, students can build long-lasting relationship with their mentors, while receiving guidance from their business mentors about career development, cultivating practical competencies, business networking, and managing and growing a business.
The previous PAP project, MBM, has been successfully implemented at RMBS for six years. During this time, more than 300 business mentors from various types of enterprises and organizations in public and private sectors, as well as non-governmental agencies.
