• RMBS MBA & Wisconsin-Madison GREM Degree Program

RMBS has established the partnership with Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison to provide MBA students and alumni with a dual degree opportunity (RMBS MBA + Wisconsin GREM). The Global Real Estate Master (M.S.) Program at the Wisconsin School of Business equips students with leading-edge knowledge, valuable analytical skills, and real-world insights they need to accelerate their global real estate careers. Designed specifically for non-U.S. graduate-level students and alumni from top international business schools, this semester-long (5-6 months) program blends rigorous classroom instruction with engaging, interactive learning experiences outside the classroom.

As a GREM student, you'll learn from accomplished faculty in the Wisconsin School of Business and other departments on campus who bring the latest research and leading- edge business practices to the classroom. GREM graduates benefit from rapid career advancement, increased earning potential, and a lifelong professional network of trusted peers.

  • Curriculum

    Major Courses

    The five courses of the GREM program serve as foundational pillars of professional growth, providing students with core principles of real estate, finance, and development that are universally applicable. The GREM curriculum consists of the following courses (3 credits each).

    - Real Estate Finance

    - Real Estate Valuation and Feasibility Analysis

    - Real Estate and Urban Economics

    - Real Estate Capital Markets

    - Commercial Real Estate Development

    GREM Study Tour

    GREM students will tour a major U.S. real estate market to observe and study real estate projects in action, while networking with executives and business leaders who will share valuable industry perspectives. Recent study tours have included three-to five-day trips to New York City and Chicago Trade Center.

  • Admission Materials

    Students are pre-selected by RMBS.
