Currently, the IMBA program offers two specialization career tracks of “Financial Management” and “Leadership & Corporate Social Responsibility”. In these specialized tracks students engage in experiential learning through
at least five company visits a semester and being connected to industry. To be qualified for either one of our IMBA career tracks, students are required to complete 4 electives under each track along many other electives
we offer. An official RMBS Career Track Certificate will be awarded upon completion of qualifying electives and graduation.
Financing Your MBA
RMBS offers students with many merit-based scholarships, high GMAT score award, financial aid, and exchange subsidy. Over 85% of our international students
are offered some type of scholarship or financial aid.
Various student clubs and cross-cultural activities enhance interaction between international and local students, and provide a more enriched extra-curricular life at RMBS.
Globally, RMBS has established over 50 MBA exchange and cooperation partnerships with leading business schools, allowing students to go overseas for semester-long exchange or study tours.
Team Action Project
The Team Action Project (TAP) is a distinctive managerial consulting program where students combine knowledge with practice applied to real-world projects.
MBA Practical Ability Promotion Program
The MBA Practical Ability Promotion (PAP) program matches students with senior managers to help students develop their networks and expose them to real business practices. Guest lecturers and CEOs are invited to the classroom
to directly interact with MBA students. IMBA classes and company visits are often merged together to create the optimal learning environment for our students.
International Immersion & Global Opportunities
Since 2013, our students have been participating in “Global Network Week” activities offered by member universities of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM). Students participate
in a weeklong study tour in leading business schools around the world, during which they interact with industry leaders, government officials, and faculty and students from other business schools.
As another benefit of being a member of the GNAM, RMBS' MBA students can also enjoy GNAM’s global online courses (SNOCs) without needing to leave Beijing or the School.
In recent years, we have established several partnerships with leading business schools around the world to provide our IMBA students with various dual and double degree opportunities.
The Yale MAM program, as an example, is one of the most popular concurrent degree programs. Students may apply for the Yale MAM concurrent degree after their first semester
in the IMBA program. Successful candidates will study for two master's degrees at the same time and gain insight into both western and eastern management approaches.
At RMBS, business competitions are held throughout the school year to offer students opportunities to develop innovative ideas and teamwork skills. Furthermore, through the network of our partners, our students can take part
in many international competition opportunities such as the GNAM Investment Competition, Yale Case Competition, MBAT Competition, CEISM Competition and Globalization Insight Competition.
